Buckingham Valkyrie from GTA 5

Buckingham Valkyrie from GTA 5
Valkyrie is a military transport helicopter, engineered and manufactured by  a made-up, in-game British company Buckingham, based on Bell Helicopters, Bombardier Aersopace and some other manufacturers of airplanes and helicopters.

Buckingham Valkyrie is an exclusive helicopter for Grand Theft Auto V - it didn't make it's appearance in any of the previous games of the series, and in was introduced to the fifth part of game as a part of "The Heists" update. Valkyrie parodies an American "Huey" helicopter, which took part in the Vietnam War. The main difference between them is that Valkyrie has a fenestron in it's tail. The helicopter has a paint job, nicely fitting it's class - dark green with some parts and it's nose painted in black. There is also a drawing on the nose of the helicopter, which randomly differs (one of them is spades, for example).

Buckingham Valkyrie is quiet good at most of it's technical characteristics. For example, by speed it stays in the same line with the fastest helicopter of GTA 5 - Buckingham Swift, and has an excellent acceleration and is quiet manoeuvrable, though the latter is not really outstanding characteristic of the helicopter. The strength of Buckingham Valkyrie is that all four passengers (including a pilot) are capable of firing miniguns (two on the sides and one on the forth) simultaneously. If there are free seats or the only occupant is a pilot, a pilot can take control of one of minigun. The main disadvantage of the helicopter is it's low toughness - it is very easy to shoot it down even with small calibre gunfire, and something bigger will end it once and for all.

The prototype of Buckingham Valkyrie in the real world is Bell UH-1Y Venom helicopter.
