Brand new transport and purchase

Mod adds the ability to purchase brand new cars. These machines do not replace anything, as installed on the new id. At this stage, added 7 new vehicles. In this pack station wagons and two door jeep, a motorcycle. All vehicles in the style of SA.
Also new vehicles added to the traffic, these machines will meet on the streets. To buy a car, I need to go to the dealership(it's on the map are marked with the icon of the machine) in San Fierro, there you will be able to buy any of these new vehicles.
