Fixing FPS errors

A good mod - Fix FPS bugs for GTA San Andreas. You've probably been that FPS affects almost the entire game in San Andreas? This mod will fix many of the game's bugs.

Fixed bugs:
- Transport stopped too quickly at high FPS;
- Swimming depended on FPS, because of this, it was impossible to swim normally at 30+ FPS;
- Problems with turning on / off the siren in police / medical vehicles at high FPS. (Bonus: now the second player can also normally turn on/off the siren when playing with a co-op mod).
