Who is Franklin Clinton?

Franklin was born in the southern part of Los Santos, San Andreas state, in 1988. Later, the criminal path led him to meet other heroes of the game.
As a child, Franklin attended the local Davis school, where he spent a lot of time with his friends Lamar Davis, Tanisha Jackson, and Tonya Wiggins. The character has never seen his own father, and his mother got involved with drugs when he was very young. As a result, Franklin's closest relative from GTA 5 died of an overdose.
The next stage in life is moving in with your grandparents. Despite the care of his grandparents, the guy was a bully and dreamed of making a lot of money. I started with selling cigarettes, and eventually moved on to selling drugs. After the death of his grandparents, he moves into the house of his aunt Denise, located on Forum drive.
After leaving prison, he tries to establish a life outside the criminal environment. The guy does not get along with the girl and with his aunt, and Lamar is constantly involved in crime. Despite this, Franklin Clinton tries to start a normal life and works for Simon Etarian, the owner of a local car dealership. The task of the protagonist at work – the withdrawal of cars or money from debtors. A few months after getting a job at a car dealership, the game's storyline begins.
Personality
Due to the difficult childhood and constant tossing between normal and criminal life in GTA 5, the character Franklin Clinton does not create the impression of a real gangster and dangerous bandit. Against the background of accomplices, his behavior is as adequate and balanced as possible.
Despite the constant scrapes, Clinton helps Lamar and Michael. Treats the people around him calmly and friendly, as evidenced by friendly relations with the family of Michael.
Neat and attentive to details. Keeps your home and car perfectly clean. When solving problems, he tries to avoid conflicts. However, life constantly forces you to choose and do things that are contrary to his standards of morality.
Appearance
The first hero of GTA V has a sporty build and height of 183 cm. in a dialogue with Michael, he mentions that he used to be fat. The character probably played a lot of sports while in prison. Regularly monitors itself. Unlike Trevor, this protagonist is not found lying in the mud or drunk. The real prototype and voice of Franklin in the game GTA 5 is American actor Sean Fontenot.

- Tanisha Jackson. The girl of the main character. Since the beginning of the story, they have a strained relationship, and towards the end, the characters part. Later, you can read their correspondence by mail.
- Denise Clinton. Frank's own aunt, who has a rather strained relationship. Lives with her in the same house before moving to the mansion.
- Leicester Cross. The professional burglary Manager initially regarded Frank as an Amateur, but then began to respect his skill and trust him.
Participation in missions
Since Frank is one of the main characters, most of the story tasks are associated with him. The protagonist cannot participate in the following missions:
- personal stories of Michael and Trevor;
- secondary tasks only for Michael and Trevor. In quests from the series "Oddities and strangers", in individual tasks participates without restrictions. Tasks that are completed only with this hero:
- Tony's requests to tow cars;
- paparazzi tasks (photos and videos of stars);
- running with Mary Ann in the Northwest of the Peninsula.

- In GTA 5, Franklin is a real gangster and doesn't waste time playing tennis. You cannot activate this mode for it.
- As the campaign progresses, the character's speech style becomes similar to Michael's communication style. This suggests direct mentoring from the old thief.

- Full name and surname formed from the names of 3 influential people in the United States. These individuals are Benjamin Franklin (the founding father of the United States), bill Clinton (the 42nd President of the country) , and George Clinton (the 4th Vice President).

- The Only main character who can't be killed in the story.
